Eagle Bank of Round Rock was the lender for the buyer. This is the second sale made by Brent Campbell in this corridor in the last twelve months for U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management/ Specialty Asset Management-Real Estate Services. The first sale with this group was for a property that backs up to Austin’s Rainey Street, located at 78 East Avenue, which closed in July of 2013.
