He started his real estate career in 2006 & began working in commercial real estate in the Austin MSA in 2009, specializing in Tenant representation. Victor was raised in Port Arthur, TX & attended Rice University where he was a member of the football team & graduated with a double B.A. in Political Science & Human Performance & Sports Sciences. He earned his Masters of Accountancy in 2012. Victor is the owner of LearnBrary Social. He has authored Commercial Leasing: A Tenant’s Perspective & a TREC continuing education course on Tenant Representation. Victor has served in a variety of organizations such as The National Black MBA-Austin Chapter’s Leaders of Tomorrow, Austin I.S.D., BigAustin, The Austin Chapter of 100 Black Men, & voter registration initiatives. Victor lives & is active in the Hutto, TX community with his wife Vanessa & four children. He is a member of the Hutto Chamber & serves as an Ambassador & the Hutto EDC Board of Directors. In his current journey through life, Victor strives to incorporate Biblical teachings into his daily travels, maintaining a steady & directly purposeful course.
