Lennard has over 35 years of extensive experience and completed deal volume in the central Texas real estate markets that includes most types of commercial property investment sales, leasing, property management and construction management. He is uniquely qualified with the expertise to understand a property’s operations and its potential use and value, whether it be for a tenant client, landlord client, or positioning an asset to maximize an investor client’s return on their investment. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has also obtained professional certifications in property management. In addition, has been recognized many times by the Austin Business Journal as a Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitter. Lennard is a 4th generation Texan and earned his Management degree from the University of Houston, where he attended as a Student-Athlete and was the field goal kicker for the university’s football team. His wife is a retired RRISD teacher, and they have four adult children. When time permits, he enjoys playing golf, hiking, college sports, and road trips.
