Charles Harvey is a licensed Texas real estate broker (TREC license #524308) providing real estate brokerage services with an emphasis in commercial development, farm and ranch land sales, site selection and commercial/industrial sales and leasing. Since joining Don Quick & Associates in 2007, Charles has facilitated numerous landmark transactions that include the One Thirty Commerce Center Business Park, Typhoon Texas Waterpark, Fed Ex Ground, public school sites, municipal properties and numerous commercial buildings, development sites, farm and ranch properties in Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, Hays, Milam, Lee and Bell counties. Charles was raised in the country near Pflugerville participating in 4H and FFA, graduated from Pflugerville High School and earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Angelo State University. Charles previously served as the Chairman of the Pflugerville Economic Development Foundation. He resides in the Texas Hill Country near the town of Wimberley with his wife and young son and is an avid outdoorsman.
