Zach FloresZachary Flores graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016 and has been working in Commercial Real Estate ever since, focusing on leasing and sales of office, industrial, and retail product. Zachary was born in Austin and was raised in San Angelo, Round Rock, and Deep South Texas. This gives him a unique perspective and understanding of the landscape of the area and the people that call it home. As a small business owner of a Hill Country based hat company, Zachary can relate to the intricacies that his clients face on a daily basis. In his spare time, Zachary enjoys hiking with his dog Ranger, watching Aggie Football, and exploring Central Texas. Zachary is a firm believer in turning obstacles into opportunities, and looks forward to helping clients meet their Commercial Real Estate goals.

Brent specializes in sales and leasing. He leads the retail acquisition team and was recognized by the Austin Business Journal as a Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitter in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2017. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Brent joined Don Quick & Associates in 2003. In the last fifteen years he has closed deals with a transactional value of over $100 million and leased more than two million square feet of commercial real estate. Brent currently serves on the board of directors for Habitat Homes, Inc. and Pathways Youth and Family Services and the City of Round Rock Ethics Commission. He is a past president of the Heart of Round Rock Neighborhood Association and previously served as a member of the Round Rock Zoning Advisory Committee, and the Round Rock Business and Retention Committee. An Austin native, Brent lives in Round Rock with his wife and four boys. He is a workout enthusiast and enjoys hiking, hunting & fishing, mountain biking, snow skiing and water skiing.
